Training Services

Puptown Northwest provides in-home dog training services to pet owners. The training programs are customized to meet the unique needs of each pet and their owner.

Payment

Payment for Puptown Northwest services is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made on our website through our payment processor.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individually booked sessions are eligible for a refund or rescheduling based on the amount of time between when notice is given and when the session is scheduled to start. Notice may be given via a phone call, text message, or email. 

 

48 hours or more - Eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

24 hours or more - Eligible for rescheduling. Not eligible for a refund.

24 hours or less - Not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

 

Session packs are eligible for a refund or rescheduling based on the amount of time between when notice is given and when the next upcoming session is scheduled to start. Notice may be given via a phone call, text message, or email. 

 

48 hours or more - Eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

24 hours or more - Eligible for rescheduling. Not eligible for a refund.

24 hours or less - Not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

 

Refunds for session packs are calculated by assigning the rate of the package equal to or less than the number of sessions used. The total refund amount for a session pack will be determined by the total cost of the pack minus the value of the sessions used.

Liability

Puptown Northwest trainers take every precaution to ensure the safety of you, your property, and your pet.

 

In order to ensure the safety of everyone involved, I (the client) commit to informing the trainer about any potential dangers or sensitivities that my dog(s) may have. Furthermore, I will promptly notify the trainer of any circumstances that could trigger aggressive behavior in my dog(s) and take responsibility for avoiding those situations.

 

By enrolling in a dog training session or sessions led by Puptown Northwest LLC, I hereby acknowledge and consent, on behalf of myself and any accompanying minors, to waive and release any and all claims, causes of action, or demands against Puptown Northwest LLC, its employees, agents, and successors, and to hold them harmless for any injuries, damages, losses, or other harm that I, my property, or my dog(s) may experience throughout the duration of the training sessions.

In short, Puptown Northwest will only gather information necessary to complete and improve our dog training services.

Termination

Our company reserves the right to terminate the training program at any time at the trainer’s discretion for any legal or otherwise legitimate reasons.

 

Updates

Puptown Northwest reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice.
